I emailed MatchesFashion to ask why they are charging duties when none are due below $800 and they never responded. Instead I am fortunate that my credit card refunds the difference on a purchase if it goes on sale within 60 days. Keep insisting they only charge in your chosen currency. When it's good, it's good. The other two had small faults such as the sole was slightly damaged, the rubber was loose where the sole and leather upper meet, the leather upper seemed to be stitched in a little wonky on my latest pair etc.
