I want to return the modem as soon as possible. I have been with Cogeco for a long time for both internet and tv and their Customer Service is great. And now I must wait another 5 days take another day of work and hope they come. I returned a cable box in April 2019. It does retain your place but it can take a few tries before you return to being connected. There technicians are rude and incompetent.They can’t get the staffs to be on the same pages. It was all good when I started with them 1 year ago and now it’s a problem and they are telling me I need to buy more internet packages.
